help me ive been cracking my knuckles for about a year know and this whole week they have been hurting like crazy. My fingers are all swelled up and big...how do u stop cracking them???????plzz

have someone with you at all times and if you are about to crack them then they'll tell you to stop... or just be self aware. be careful. stop yourself if you are about to.
