Why did I faint?
I ate a big meal and then exercised quite heavily. Or I began to. About 15mins into my routine I felt nauseous, then my vision became extremely blurry and y ears began to ring. i knew I was going to pass out, so I sat down, and ended up laying down. I thought I was dehydrated so I drank some water, but didn't really feel better. I gave up exercising for the day. That was just such a strange thing to happen to me. I'm usually fine to do just about anything. Could it have been the heavy meal before I worked out?

You exercised too soon after your meal. After eating blood is diverted to the digestive organs to help digestion. by exercising you were putting a huge strain on your circulation and suffered a temporary lack of blood to the brain. the solution is very easy. Don't eat heavily before exercise, just take a light meal or leave at least an hour between eating and exercise.
