What could this be? Broken/fractured knuckle? IDK, help!?!

Question: What could this be? Broken/fractured knuckle? IDK, help!?
Okay, so yesterday I got pissed off, punched my dresser (Yea, wasn't one of my brightest moments) and I actually busted open my pinky knuckle to the point to where it was bleeding. However, that isn't my problem. The real problem is in my middle finger knuckle. It kind of hurts when pressure is applied. The pain however isn't really that bad. What I don't get is when I clinch my fist and open it, I get this grinding sensation in my knuckle. I can even actually touch it with the fingers on my other hand and make the same sensation. I don't know what it is. It's swollen a little, still. But It doesn't look bruised or anything. I know when you break a finger the bruising is pretty clear, and I probably wouldn't be able to move my finger that well. The thing is, I can move my finger just fine. It hurts, but not a lot when I move it. It's just that awkward, grinding sensation that gets me. I don't know whether I should get medical treatment for it or if it'll just heal itself. I know there isn't really much a doctor can do about a ****** up knuckle anyway, so I'm just wondering what it is and what I should do. Any thoughts?

This is a disease you catch when your brain stops functioning. It's called retardation. That split second when you walk into your room and your hand goes crashing into your dresser is the most critical. Your knuckle looks like it was just cracked and hit out of place and pushed where it shouldn't have been. I suggest you keep ice on it until it heals and not to punch anything else in your room ever again, or else I would have to beat you up. Thank you sir for your time, and try to bandage up any swollen or busted/bleeding knuckles. : )

My brainsss.
