Why does something on the inside of my throat pop when I swallow?!

Question: Why does something on the inside of my throat pop when I swallow?
I don't know what it is. Something to the left of my throat pops every time I swallow food or drinks. I have to turn my head down and to the left for it not to pop. So does anyone know what it could be?

Probably TMJ. Speak to your dentist.
