Am I suffering from Insomnia?!
Question:
Am I suffering from Insomnia?
I get about 6 hours of sleep a night if I am lucky. I have serious issues falling asleep no matter what time I lay down to go to bed. Most of the time I have issues with waking up during my sleep, which is terrible because even if I don't move it is as hard to fall back asleep as when I first tried to fall asleep. When i wake up I do not feel refreshed as well. Finally I've noticed I think I am getting depressed from all this. I am no longer motivated to do anything. As a result my work life is suffering. I had tried to keep this all a secret from my girlfriend but after it started hurting my love life as well i told her and she is being as supportive as she can. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would really like to know if it looks like I have a sleep disorder and if so, What can I do and possibly what can doctors do.
Answers:
try 30 minutes of cardio exercise every single day. even if it means taking a nice brisk walk. this will probably help. maybe even lift weights 3 times a week for 40 minutes per session. this probably will help too. or perhaps you do suffer from mild depression. talk to your doctor.
