All the signs of Bursitis but no pain (slight hot itch)?!


Question: All the signs of Bursitis but no pain (slight hot itch)?
hot golfball sized (soft) lump on my elbow...red itchy...was not caused by trauma, but i like to pop my elbows...could it be anything but bursitis? if not, how did i cause it, how long will it last, and what are your secrets for killing it?

Stop popping your elbows. keep it up and you'll know what pain is because you'll end up with arthritis. It likely is brusitis caused by irritation to the elbow joint and there is no magic that will make it go away as long as the irritation is there. You can try heat and an arthritis cream.

i have bursitis on my right should and not much kills it :( but a heating pad will help some but as for it itching i dont know man my bursitis doesnt itch just hurst so that may not be it
