Question: Should I see a doctor..??? Pllzzz help?
Ok so two days ago I was jacking around in my yard and doing front walkovers with one leg... Without streching.. As I stood up on my last one I felt a burning sensation and felt like my upper thigh was being streched SUPER far... It hurt- so I went inside. Then after a couple hours it didnt hurt, so I went running with my bro. Then when I woke up it *my leg* hurt SO bad...

Like heres my symptoms;
-I can't walk without limping
-I keep getting all these leg spasms where my leg locks up and then releases
-I can't bring my leg up to my chest without extreme pain
-ice seems to help
-EXTREME pain
And ya....

It hurts from the top of my hip down to my knee, on the whole leg... I'm 12... And it hurts SO bad... What should I do????? PLEASE HELP

You probably overextended your leg. It should heal on it's own, but if you don't feel better in a week or can't take the pain, go to the doctor. He can give you some pain medicine and real medical advice. ALWAYS STRETCH!!!

It would be best to see a doctor because it sounds like you pulled something.

Ibuprofen

You may have tightened up your back muscles doing that and now they are pressing into the nerves going to your leg to cause the pain in it, which would explain whey the pain runs the length of a muscle for most things if pinched or pulled are directly on the spot. To get rid of your pain you have to free up your back muscles and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
