i love to sing but it seems that i need to have my tonssoles removed but i wana know ill i still be abel to sing ?

Answers:

Yes. You sing with your voice box and vocal chords, not with your tonsils :)

I wouldn't try to sing immediately after your tonsilectomy though, as your throat might be a bit sore. Happy singing!
