Pressure and pulsating in throat?!

Question: Pressure and pulsating in throat?
Ok, Heres my situation.

For about 3 days now, I have had this pressure in my throat. It's as if I'm wearing a tight turtle neck.
I've had this before, around 7 months ago, and it went away by itself. I cant breathe, but its just very annoying. I can feel the pulsation in my head/throat.

Also I have a few medical conditions...

Aortic Stenosis
Aortic Regurgitation
Under active thyroid
Aura Migraines
Hypochondriasis
Panic Disorder
OCD
Depression
Asthma and Allergies, and “suspected” Vocal Cord Disfunction.(Dr. Said it was possible).

I have always been worried about my health, especially my heart and breathing.

I was JUST at the cardiologist, and he says my heart is strong, and healthy. Nothing has changed since birth (I am now turning 21). He said I would never feel any symptoms of my heart defects, because he will fix my heart, before that time even comes.

What could it be? Stressed? Possibly thyroid related?(I havent been to the doctor to have them checked).

Thanks!

I play on calling my doctor on monday, to schedule a physical, so I'll probably ask her about this then.

Your neck muscles are tight to cause that problem as well as a few others you have mentioned. Freeing up your neck muscles will get rid of the pressure for you and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. Do this a few times and it should cut down on headache/migraines for you as well.
