Feeling weak and tired every morning i get up?

There are a large number of possible reasons for this!

Do you go to bed at a reasonable time in the evening?
Are you able to get to sleep ok?
Do you wake during the night?
Do you wake early in the morning?
Are you tired during the day?
Do you have any stress?
Are you depressed?
Do you drink alcohol to excess, especially before bedtime?

As you can see, there are many things that can impact on sleep, with stress being a common cause leading to an imbalance in the adrenal gland.

This can lead to poor sleep quality - where you have plenty of sleep (over 8 hours or more sometimes) but you don't feel refreshed when you wake in the mornings.

Another possible reason is an imbalance in melatonin levels in the body.

There are a number of tests and investigations that can help to discover the actual reasons why you feel tired and weak, but I always suspect adrenal imbalance. I have put a link below where you can find more information about the adrenal and other tests.

However, an experienced herbalist or nutritionist should be able to help, and your doctor should be able to rule out medical causes of tireness, such as anaemia, thyroid problems or others.
