To simply put, here is the gist:
P wave - initial condition from SA node to the atrium, results in contraction of both atriums
QRS waves - conduction move past AV node into Bundle of His and results in contraction of Ventricles on both sides
T wave - recovery of the heart and relaxation of heart muscle
