Is euthanasia right?

There are so many debates on this. I believe that euthanansia is wrong. Only God has the right to end someones life. The bible tells us that if we take our life, we are doomed. I feel this way because I was in a coma after my last child was born. I had a severe infection with a temp of 106. I could hear everything the MD told my husband and my parents. He said, " I don't believe she will make it." they even did a brain wave test to see if there was any brain activity. Thank God, they saw my brain was very active, because during the test, I kept thinking of things, even though I couldn't respond to anything, I was still alive inside my head. Had this been years and years ago, they would have automatically "pulled the plug" for lack of a better words, and I may have died. Come to find out, I was having a reaction to Morphine because once I was taken off this drug, I woke up 2 days later and told my MD everything he said. He was shocked. If a brain wave comes back without activity after 3 tries, then they pull the plug because then you know, they are dead already. Even if someone has an incurable disease, I still think it's wrong to kill oneself. Many don't think they can't have any quallity of life, but through their persistants, they can touch the llives of others just through their determination and make a difference in another life. I know I'm going to get a lot of thumbs down, but I know, when God is ready to call me home. He will do it in His time, not mine.
