I have taken paracetamol, ibuprofen, nurofen, nurofen plus and co-codamol and nothing works.

because the tablets you have taken are designed for normal headaches [to make your blood vessels open up to relieve the restricted blood flow].
in a true migraine, your vessels are already expanded to their full capacity - thus - no effect from the normal headache tablets. You need to constrict the vessels - look for something with dihydrocodeine in - in UK usually something like DF118, but these can only be on prescription.
