Sores on nose--help!!?
My 2 1/2 year old started with what looked like a mosquito bite on his cheek then he scratched at it and a made it sore. Well then his nostrils started to look red and rritated then overnight they got crusty and sore. Now they look horrible with yellow crust on them (pus). I am calling the doctor this morning but I wanted to see if anyone has seen this before???

My dad is a doctor and what I would like to tell you is that if the sores dont go away after using neosporin or vasoline then it is probably just a infection.
