What are the symptoms of appendisitis?!

Question:

What are the symptoms of appendisitis?

I have an abdominal pain on the right side of my abdomin. And I'm worrued that it may be appendisitis. But before I go and waste my student money on a doctor I thought I'd ask any of you if you could tell me what the symptoms of appendisitis are. Yes I could just check it out on the net, but I wanted a few opinions and I also need to get to work. Ciao.

Answers:

The pain would start in the very, lower right hand side. Just at the bottom of your pelvic, hip bone.
If you push in and then realease and IT HURTS WHEN REALEASED it is the most conclusive diagnosis. It is called rebound tenderness and will feel like you are spliting apart AFTER you remove your hand and presure.
The pain generally moves then to your belly button.

You would have fever, nausea, vomiting and diarreah. Usually.
I say that because sometimes people only exhibit the pain and feeling a bit off.

Try the presure test. If this occurs and you think you have any other symptoms go to the ER straight away as it can go from not too bad to severe quickly.
