Is my foot fractured?!

A week ago I was out on the town dancing in some small open topped heels, and some drunk girl and her stiletto landed on my right foot. About 9stone in weight was put onto my foot via her stiletto and it was very painful at the time. When I got home I couldn't move my 3 smallest toes and there was a nasty lump that had formed (around the cuboid bone maybe?). It bruised slightly and was very uncomfortable to walk on and felt very weak in general. I figured it was probably just badly bruised so did some outdoor training yesterday and unfortunately my foot is now in a lot of pain and bruised even worse than before. The constant pain of it is stopping me from sleeping. The odd thing is, it doesn't hurt that much more when I walk on it and it's not excruciatingly painful when the area is touched.
I don't know what to do as I don't want to waste a doctor's time or wait 4 hours in A&E to get an x-ray if all it is is tendon damage.
What should I do?
