how to wake up in the mornings?!


Question: How to wake up in the mornings?
my alarm clock wakes me up but i just need to get up put it on sooze and jump back in bed, im getting about 8 hours and 30 mins sleep a day, is there a way i can just jump out of bed and stay out

Try having a baby, lying in bed becomes a thing of the past!

Seriously you just have to train yourself to get straight out of bed when the alarm goes off you have just gotten into a lazy habit that is all. You are getting about the same amount of sleep as I do. I always get up immediately when the alarm goes off, put my dressing gown on and make a cup of tea downstairs.

Put the clock far enough away from your bed so you have to get out of bed to switch it off instead of just reaching over.



when you wake up think about all the things you have to do that day, mostly the nice ones and it helps.



Force yourself to get up, it will only be tough for a few days or so, then you will get used to waking up at this time and wake up more easily



Open your eyes, stand up, brush your teeth, take a shower, get dressed, go work.



I agree with the first person. Also,I found that if I put my alarm across the room, I hafta get up or put up with that NOISE!



Just do it.

I don't sleep though, so I don't have to worry about waking up
