My lower back hurts on the left side and its moved around to the?
front, like towards my ovries and down my leg almost to my knee.... it hurts to walk and sleep.... what could this be????

This does not sound like normal muscular pain. I'd Advise you to see your gynecologist as soon as possible. This could be an infection that needs immediate treatment.
