do you spit blood in mornings with hietal hernia?!

I have a severe hiatal hernia and have never spit up blood. This blood could actually be coming from their sinuses.

my partner has a hietas hernia and he says you can do but just make sure you take your medication a hour before you eat in the morning and eat small meals a few times a day. dont eat after about 8 at night, avoid curries, cigarettes and alcohol, chocolate, fried food and coffee (all the fun stuff)lol see your doctor if its worrying you :)
