Question: Extreme small intestine pain, Please Read!?
Ok so last night i woke up with a really bad stomache ache (diheriah) but i was so sleepy that i just laid their until i forgot about it. Today i wake up and what i would guess as my small or large entestine or maybe even my liver im not sure how to chart my body, but at the lower side of my left side it hurts so bad that i cant stretch or bend, i went to the bathroom thinking that if i pooped it would help but it didn't!

It hurts sooo bad and im really young only 19. And sometimes when i get up and move around i get really faint.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME????

I dont drink, i didn't workout yesterday WTF??

Answers:

You've got tight muscles in your back that are pressing onto the nerves going to the intestines to give you that pain. You have to free up your back muscles to get rid of it and here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
Your feeling faint is caused by tight neck muscles. When the neck muscles are tight they restrict everything going in and out of your head, including the blood. When there is a reduced blood flow to the brain you will have a lowered oxygen level there as well. You will know when the oxygen level has dropped when you feel very tired. If the level drops more you will get dizzy, light headed. And more you will pass out. To get rid of this problem you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Don,t mess around with this, get to a doctor asap. This could be very serious and it may be.. Get there NOW, run, walk crawl, But get some help right away.
