Sounds like the flu. Or just a stomach virus. The headaches would most likely be from the congestion if you have any, the heartburn is because your body is trying to get rid of whatevers in your stomach, so little bits of stuff come up (stomach acid) and burns your esophagus. The vomiting is your body cleaning out. Just don't eat today. If you must, have saltine crackers and ginger ale is great for the stomach. As far as congestion, try clariton d and or another de congestion medication at your local pharmacy. Feel Better, I was sick the same way one week ago exactly, just take it easy.

If you have had it for a excessive amount of time, you need to see a doctor.
Problem is mostly Gall Bladder. Better contact a Acupuncture Doctor and homeopathic Doctor.
You been hit in the head recently? If so, see a doctor right away. You may have a concussion.
