Question: Missed two days of celexa..took one today and 30 min later felt major hot flash from shoulders up.?
I feel fine now.. and have felt totally fine.. but lost my precription and missed two days. Then all of the sudden about 30-45 minutes after I took it... I felt really hot and especially from my shoulders up... thought I was going to pass out or something... cooled down with a fan and feel fine now.... checked blood pressure and it was 121/72 so don't think that was it... could it have been a seratonin rush or something?

Doubtful. Celexa is a slow working med. It take a while to work and probably didn't drop that much with only a 2 day gap.
