Question: I feel like I have a splinter or something on my finger but havnt touched anything that could lead to it?

I've had it many of times before there is the tiniest little lump when I see in the light and it's sore as there is something is in there. Could it b cancer??

Heavens no its not cancer its tiny shreads of metal that are pretty much like splinters you can get them from door knobs
