Really bad wind (flatulence)?!

Question: Really bad wind (flatulence)?
I have really bad wind (flatulence). It smells really bad, but in a good way... I could bottle it and sell it in joke shops; it was an idea...

Gender: Male
Age: 21
Body: good BMI
Eating disorders: IBS

I eat really healthily; loads of fruit, vegetables, lean meat etc etc. I don't eat any fast food or high fatty food; I can't remember the last time I ate out!

The reason behind is; I bloat and it's uncomfortable while food is digesting. How can I stop this?

Perhaps you could try Beano for the gas problem.

For the IBS problem perhaps liquid chlorophyl every day might help as it promotes a healthy digestive environment. See the link below.

It sounds like you eat really well, perhaps you may get a fiber in excess which may contribute to bloating. Also, it could be that your body is just sensitive some of the foods you eat often. You may want to try figuring out if some of the foods you have may set your body off.
To address the gas production you may try a simethicone product like GasX and to address the odor of the flatulence you can take Devrom (bismuth subgallate) or chlorophyll.
