Question: How long does it take for a injured knee ligament to heal?
I am a wrestler and when i wrestled about 6 weeks ago, i heard a pop on my RIGHT knee and 3 weeks after it not recovering FULLY, but almost fully i heard the pop again .. It's been 3 week since the incident and i am feeling almost fine i can jump, run , walk normal, swim and etc. Only thing I've noticed is on the left side of my right knee next to the patella, i feel like theres this small bone i can move.. I can't move it on my left knee. Please no answers about me getting it checked out but help please

It depends on whether or not it hurts when you move it. If it does, I'm sorry, but you MUST go and see someone. If it doesn't hurt at all, it's probably nothing.
Can move a bone in my knee, with no pain, hasn't bothered me for years
To a wrestler it is a big problem, my suggestion is using Chinese herb patch, you are young, you have to totally heal it.
