Exercise routine......?

i need to know a good routine to get tonned and bigger can anyone help? im 5 '5 and slim, any help would be great.

Free weights are great. Start with a pair that you can lift easily a few times in a row (repetitions...reps). Increase reps as it gets easier. When you are doing a lot of reps, get heavier weights. You don't need to go to a gym. You can do this in your own home.
As well as weights, incorporate stomach crunches, push ups, squats, those sorts of things.
Don't expect instant results. Work at it every day. Make a commitment to yourself and you will be toned and fit for life. Don't make it so hard for yourself that you hurt yourself or begin to hate your workout. That's a sure way to make yourself stop doing it.
Since you want to "bulk up", be sure to eat sufficient protein. Any will do...eggs, fish chicken...it doesn't necessarily have to be beef.
A few years ago, I made a commitment to work out every day and I have, regardless of how I felt. It took a couple of months to see results, but I have been very happy with it. Since it was never my intention to "bulk up", I have just focused on toning.
