Can constipation cause testicular pain?!

Question: Can constipation cause testicular pain?
Ok i'm 14 and ive had this strange pain in my left testicle and it radiates to just below my belly button. I think its caused by one of two things: constipation or sex. It hurts after sex, so i havent had sex since it began because it hurt too much. Also, after i had a bowel movement and it felt better but it still comes back. It feels like my left testicle is in my Abdomen right now :( can you help?

Answers:

I'm a testicular cancer survivor and suggest you do the self-exam for testicular cancer, or “man exam.” Symptoms vary greatly from man to man, but testicle and abdominal pain are common symptoms. And TC is the #1 cancer for men 15-35. The sooner a doctor can catch it the better the prognosis, and most likely the less treatment will be required. It could also be a blocked vein, infection, or benign cyst, but all of those things also need a doctor's attention. Don't worry till you have to - only a doctor can make an accurate diagnosis! This site has links to credible testicular cancer resources, and shows the self-exam with a list of symptoms. Good luck and hopefully it's nothing serious.

You should see a doctor. A hernia could produce similar symptoms as you are describing, You say you're 14 and having sex. Is it straight or gay? You may have a UTI. There are lots of things to think about when having sex. STDs are easy to contract. You would be better abstaining for now.
