You shouldn't be running if you are in that much pain. Running is not for everyone. Studies have proven that it is in genetics whether or not you will be a runner. It depends the elongation of your muscles.. What you need to do to be a good runner is train with someone, whether it be a coach, Trainer, Fitness Specialist or an experience runner. A big part of running property body technique and your breathing. Also, finding the right type of shoes for you. It sounds like you are stressing your lungs out. Just as important is to learn the right stretching exercises to do before you run. I worked for Navy Fitness. Retjhink your plans before you get hurt

Sports bra for boobies and back, and you should run much slower, basically a slow jog. It will be easier on your knees and joints. It sounds like your out of shape too, so maybe you hit up the gym first and get on a bike or elliptical till you can build stamina. You know walking only burns 30 less calories per mile than running does. 1 mile running is roughly 100 calories and walking 1 mile is roughly 70-75 calories. So why not start with walking and then work your way into a power walk ( hold 1-3lb weights and walk like you have somewhere to go fast) and then begin to jog after a few weeks of that, then you can work your way into running. Fat people or out of shape people can't just get up one day and say im gonna run 3 miles, it doesn't work like that, you need to slowly work your way into it. If you determined to run, then run 1/2 mile then walk 1/2 and repeat several times, each time slowly running more. It sounds like your out of shape and are trying to hard to be a distance runner with no stamina whatsoever. Slow it down a bit. If your trying to lose weight or have an ulterior motive then you need to learn that diet is 90% of weight loss and exercise is only about 10% of it. Theres so much to say, but slow it down.

Wear a sports bra, i guess. Try running on grass, it is so much healthier. you probably need to work up some muscles and if you keep on running the lung thing will go away after 2 weeks or so

Cheers!
