Depending on how much you do it and when, it could go either way. Do it right before and you will probably do fantastic, but do it too much and you might lose stamina(if u stop exercising)
Oh and btw do u KNOW who Michael Phelps is? Lol
Actually if you get caught while trying to have an athletic career you won't have one. It may already be affecting you. You misspelled 'Athletic'.
