When i wake uo in the morning my mouth is full of water.....can you help me understan what causes that?

Perhaps you have acid reflux, a potentially serious affliction. Get it checked out by a doctor.
You can look at this site for some basic information. At the very least it seems that your esophagus isn't blocking fluids from backing up into your mouth.
