Take an awkward step off a curb, turning your foot underneath the ankle. You will spring the ankle laterally, and have a sprain.
I am NOT saying this would be stupid, BUT...
You could fracture it by accident.
You could do more damage than you intend, and wind up with a bad ankle forever.
You certainly will predispose yourself to early arthritis and cartilege injury, as well as possible avascular necrosis, fracture nonunion, etc.
There has to be a better way to accomplish your goal. Abdominal pain is very nebulous, requires a lot of investigation.

Simple. All I did was goof around while skipping. It is sprained, but my coaches are stupid enough to still make me run in athletics.
Stick yur foot in wet concrete, then let it dry with your foot inside. Then get somebody to push you down stairs. That should do it.
Sit on your ankle then walk on it and turn ut even though this is a bad idea i hope i helped sit on it till it goes numb
Walk down stairs with the leg that you usually don't use. I don't know if that works, but you could try it.
