Headaches..............?!

Question: Headaches..............?
-How do they show up on an EEG?

-If I have a very strong sensitivity to light, will the light portion of the test show up abnormal?

I was diagnosed with petit mal epilepsy when I was 5 but have been ok since age 10(I just turned 18). I went back to by neuro because I have headaches, I forget EVERYTHING, and I have an absence episode that I guess can be because of my epilepsy. He ordered and EKG(He said it could also be something wrong with my heart...I did this the same day), and an EEG which im getting on Monday morning. I haven't had to go through all this in years now so I have all these questions. Please answer :)

Thank you :)

I just got rid of the last of my meds last week after being on them for over 40 years. I tried to tell the dr.'s that I thought mine were pain based, that when I got rid of some pains that I got better and they told me it was impossible. So I have finished freeing up my back and neck muscles so I don't feel any tightness in the muscles any longer and so far things have been going fine. Here's what I found out about headaches in getting rid of my pains. Headaches are caused by tight neck muscles. They go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles that go around the brain. When the neck muscles get tight they pull on the muscles around the brain and when they go into pain you have your headaches/migraines. The nerves for your eyes go to the back of your head passing next to the neck muscles. When the neck muscles get tight they can press into the nerves for your eyes which causes pains on the back of the eyeballs where the nerve is attached. More pressure causes the pupils to dilate to make you sensitive to light. Freeing up your neck muscles will get rid of the headaches and the sensitivity to light. Here's how to free up the neck muscles to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. If you have any questions drop a line.

that reminds me about the aol news when a huge nail was responsible for the headache
