headache along with toothache?!


Question: Headache along with toothache?
hey, so the past 2 days whenever im coming down the stairs or if im running or if im walking kind of hard, or bending over to pick something up, my left side of my head starts to hurt and the pain is most there, but the pain also travels along the left side of my face and makes its way to the left teeth.
anyone know whats going on??

It just feels that way, but its the tooth that's causing the headache



Your neck muscles are tight and they pull into the muscles going to your jaw to cause the problems there as well. Freeing up your neck muscles will get rid of the neck pains and they shouldn't travel into the jaw any longer either. Here's how to free them up to get rid of the pain:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.



i have that too i think i have a cavity brewing i need to get taken care of, sometimes head ache and tooth ache happen at the same time, they go away after a while and come back later
