3 to 4 weeks to get the pot out of your system. you can get drug test kits that you can do yourself to see if it is still in your system. they used to be about $15. i doubt that they even test for xanax.

pills usually stay in your system for 24 72 hours and marijuana takes up to 30 days if your a chronic smoker. if you only took six hits you would also be clean in a few days depending on how much body fat you have and how fast your metabolism is. I believe you should be clean

If it's a hair follicle test, the pot will show up. If it's a piss test, the pot won't, and I doubt the xanax will either.

don't know about the xanax bar, but weed usually takes about 30 days to get out of your system.
