Why do some lightings make me nauseous and have a head ache?!

Different types of lighting can cause headaches and migraines in some people. Florescent lighting can cause migraines because of a flicker, imperceptible to the human eye, which sets it off. The best thing you can do is to avoid those types of lights wherever possible.

There could be a variety of reasons, but florescent lighting has been proven to induce migraines in some migraine sufferers.

Sounds like a migrane those are never fun try laying down with no lights on and take some excedrin drink plenty of water and resst !!
