Working out i'm getting weaker?!


Question: Working out i'm getting weaker?
Help? I used to be able to lift about 20 lbs more than i currently am on the bench press. I havent changed my eating diet or the amount i work out. What could be the cause for this? And i've lost a little bit of weight too. Only a few pounds but still.. Help?

Working out causes damage to your muscle tissue which your body then tries to repair. If you don't provide the proper building blocks for the repairs you will get weaker. You need to supplement your diet with extra protein and amino acids. You can find a powdered supplement at most health food stores.
