Tylenol PM, RLS issues?
I'm not sure if it's just me but I seem to have major needs to want to twitch or jolt my knee if I take Tylenol PM at night. Has anyone else had it or was it just a fluke?

same here. The dyphenhydromine or what ever (it is in all OTC sleep aids) except like melitonin. Anyway Im not sure if it is an allergic reaction or what but it makes things worse than not being able to sleep. I now take Amino Sculpt it is amino acids from Collagen. It helps me sleep like a rock and gives me energy the next day. You can find it at health food stores. It is like cough syrup and not the best tasting but it sure works for me
