Which thing does it sound like (important)?!

Question: Which thing does it sound like (important)?
So here I am freaking out at 1 am again because of chest pains. But they're different this time...and much more confusing!
You see, I'm 25, a healthy weight, no family history of spontaneous cardiac problems at a young age, been checked by the doctor several times, and trying to conceive. I had my period on the 2nd, and have lately been on a 22 day cycle. Yesterday, I threw up three times. Woke up feeling okay today, then about an hour into work (11 am) I started feeling nauseous again. Nothing has come out, but I'm still feeling it. My man and I BDed tonight, and afterward my heart slowed back down, but is still beating perceptibly. Also my chest hurts, but not like "OH MY GOD!" more my breasts feel heavy. My left breast is slightly larger than my right, and the sensation is worse on the left side. My arms are hurting, as is my back in between the shoulder blades, but I worked today and was unloading freight (dog food, cat food, cat litter). I don't have health insurance, it got abruptly cancelled, and while I can afford doctor visits and will have the insurance back in a few months, I can't really do an ER visit unless it's absolutely necessary. So...pregnant, maybe? Or does it sound like a heart complication? Yes I am aware of how extremely unlikely the latter is, but I've never had this particular type of pressure on my chest, and a lot of these symptoms do point to a heart attack. Any advice?

Answers:

Sounds very like a Virus or Flu, and no it does not sound anything like a heart attack. I have had one.

you should go to doctors immediately.
