Knock-Knees?!

Knock-Knees?

I'm 14 right now and I have probably had slight knock knees (about one inch between my feet when my knees touch) since I was about four or five. I also have slightly flat feet for which I wear orthodics. I was wondering, for those on here who actually know about these things, is it possible that it was my flat feet before I wore orthodics that caused my knock knees?
