Question: How to relieve seriously agonizing trapped wind (feels like glass in my bowel) and constipation?
Ive been in agony for 3 days npow, went hospital and thery gave me an enema qhch didnt work./ Im in agony i keep going hot and cold and need help please somebody i can barely walk

This could be the sign of something serious. It sounds like the doctor in training made a bad guess. Go back and tell them that what they did didn't help and obviously it was a misdiagnosis. Enemas and laxatives are contraindicated in cases of severe abdominal pain. You need another opinion. A really good ER (triage) doctor's job is too figure out if you can be quickly treated and released or whether you need to be admitted so a specialist can check you out.

I know several people who went to the hospital with abdominal pains and it took the doctors a week to figure out that their appendix had burst.



Problems like yours usually happen when you have tight muscles in your back for they can press onto the nerves going to the organs, as they leave the spine, to cause the organs to act up or go into pain. Pressure on the nerves going to your colon can make it hard to pass anything because the muscles are being pulled tight and would explain why the enema didn't work. You have to free up your back muscles, then drink a big glass of water, and you should be able to get rid of the gas and problems in less than 5 minutes. Here's how to free up your back muscles for your relief:

(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
