You have a muscle under your chin that can be tight that you are feeling when you swallow. If you push up into the skin under your chin (you will be pressing up right under your tongue) it will probably be very tight and your finger should be able to press into it. If it's tight this is your problem and it needs to be freed up. Here's how to free up that muscle under your chin:
Chin Muscle:
Place your thumbs under your chin near the front and press up and hold that pressure. After 30 seconds slowly raise your head until your neck is fully extended, release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
