Help! I'm worried about my lack of sleep?!

Question:

Help! I'm worried about my lack of sleep?

I have been awake for the last 35 hours.

Haven't done any drugs or alcohol, no insomnia conditions, no medical problems.

I'm getting shaky, jittery, nauseous, having a little trouble breathing, haven't yawned, I don't feel tired.

I'm used to getting 10 hours of sleep per night. I've never had this happen. I've tried relaxation techniques, and other things to help with sleep.

Is this dangerous, or at what point does it become dangerous? Any clue as to what's causing this? Anything's helpful. Thanks.

Thinking of these things !!!

" I'm getting shaky, jittery, nauseous, having a little trouble breathing, haven't yawned, I don't feel tired."

Is the main reason for your sleeplessness, these things are keeping your attention as they are more important to you .

Change your thoughts to your breathing JUST WATCH IT GO IN AND OUT , yes as this is very boring the mind will gently sink to the unconsciousness.
