Yesterday I went skiing. I hit my head really hard 2 times and got a concussion. This morning I woke up and my neck and upper back hurt really bad. I cant move, or get out of bed. What can I do to make the pain go away. And where did the pain come from?

You need to seek medical attention NOW and get thoroughly evaluated. Closed head injuries can be VERY dangerous...even fatal. Even if the initial injury didn't seem that severe to begin with, it could have done more damage than you know. I suggest if you truly can't move or get out of bed, you need to call 911. If you don't want to do that, immobilize your neck as best you can and have someone drive you to the emergency room. Don't mess around with this. People have died from subdural hemorrhages due to blunt head trauma. It might be nothing more than a bad case of whiplash, but why take the chance?

Really, you should go and see a doctor as soon as you can. Don't take the chance that you could be seriously hurt. Even if you did see a doctor already and he said you'd be fine, go again anyways, maybe to a different doctor this time, especially if the pain is this intense. Try not to move your neck around too much, you don't want to make it worse.
If you can't move at all, not even to reach a phone, then contact someone you know by e-mail (obviously you have a computer) so they can get help for you.

When you hit your head hard enough to get a concussion you have hit it hard enough to get whiplash in your neck muscles for they take the brunt of the forces when your head suddenly stops but your body continues to move. They tighten up locking the pain inside of them. As they share muscles with the back the back gets involved in these pains as well. To get rid of the pains you have to free up your neck and back muscles and here's how to free them up:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. for both- for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
