Please do not exert to crack your knees.
Start all your warm up exercises - free hand, spot jumping, limbering up , spot sprinting without actually running etc.
With your hands, try to rub the knees and heat them up.
Next, try sit-ups .
Do not drink Soft Drinks or even Soda at all. Those affect the bones.
You need not actually crack your knees . The knees will perform normally in any case during your gymnastics.

lie on your back wearing something that doesnt restrict your knees, like shorts. Then quickly bring your ankle to your butt in a snapping motion. sometimes it helps to turn your foot outwards or to lightly press on your knee cap while doing the snapping motion.
ALSO u look lke a young kid- so make sure u kno why ur knee hurts in the first place. We shouldnt be getting pain in our knees if we're still young. I had the same problem and it turned out to be lyme disease. so try to find out wut the cause is
