Most problems with walk-in freezers will be associated with heart and respiration ailments.

Are your wearing a heavy jacket when you go in? What is the temp inside? Going from outside heat to extreme freezing without a jacket could cause you to experience sudden cramping of muscles, including core muscles like your back, but the pain should go away as soon as you are warm again.

It would be more likely that improper lifting, repetitive lifting, and lifting more than your limit would be the cause of your problems.

Good luck.
