today i woke up feeling kinda dizy and whenever i shake my head like if you where to say no but fast it hurts the right side of my brain but its like medium pain not really bad pain and i feel like i could passout any time now and sometimes well only two times i've fealt like throwing up

Sounds like a migraine. Non prescription pills are not effective against migraine attacks in the most cases. You would have to try an over the counter medication get some rest and see while you get to the doctors office.
