No it won't cause you to test dirty. But as many drug addicts try to flood their system with vinegar prior to a test, it raises red flags. You don't test dirty for drugs, but your pH will be way off and they will know about the vinegar. Now if you are having just a bit like a tablespoon for health reasons, or you eat pickles or whatever, no problem. If you consume enough to change the pH of your urine they will assume something is up and go to more testing.
