Question: Could I have possibly damaged my hearing?
Yes I know this question doesn't belong to this section, but I barely get any answers for any type of question in other categories.. so since this is a very active section, i'll ask it here

Today I was at an intersection waiting for the stupid pedestrian walk signal to turn on...then I heard sirens..shortly after a police car followed by 2 ambulances passed by me (within feets of me)..They all had their ******* sirens on to the max and I swear to god It hurt my ears so bad... I wanted to put my fingers on them, but people inside their cars would probably think I'm retarded or something.. anyway all of this happened in like 10-20 seconds... Its 3 hours later and my ears feel ful with dull pain. have i done any permanent damage? I'm not being a pssy but this was probably the loudest experience of my life.

I recommend you see an ENT medical specialist for your condition and have them perform a diagnostic test. That way, you can find out the nature & extent of the problem and a treatment plan can be formed.
