A sudden pain in the back of my head?!

Question: A sudden pain in the back of my head?
About once every 2 weeks a pain that feels like someone just took a steel chair and slammed it on my head (right side) happens. It hurts for like 5 seconds and then its back to normal. This happens when I sometimes turn my head to the right fast.

What's wrong?

Answers:

It's a muscle that spasmed in your neck doing that. To make sure it doesn't happen again you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to free them up:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

I get the same thing.. sorry I dont know the answer to that, but i know the feeling cause I get the exact same.
