boil type thing on my thigh?!

Question: Boil type thing on my thigh?

I got this boil type thing on my thigh it hurts kind of to walk. Kinda next to my scrotum but when i looked i kinda popped it and all it did was bleed a little bit. Anyone know what it could be if its just like a pimple or something? I popped it and put a bandaid on it.

LEt me know if there is anythign i should do.
